At Priory Fields we have been raising money for the Young Minds children's mental health charity, so we thought you might like to hear an update on what they are currently achieving:

On 28th February, our Young Activists headed to 10 Downing Street. Paddy and Stefano hand-delivered the open letter they wrote with fellow activists Nicole and Jess, and were joined by Dr Alex George. Together, they delivered over 15,000 signatures calling on the government to #FundTheHubs.
 
So, what's next?
On 6th March, Jeremy Hunt will announce his Spring Budget and we will find out if he has listened to young people.

But whatever happens, we won’t stop there!

With the General Election coming up we will be keeping the pressure on. We want the government to know that young people have a voice, and it’s their job to listen. 

We’re in a mental health emergency. 

Young people deserve the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.
