This term in Creative Curriculum Loyalty class will be both scientists and Geographers! We will ask the big question, do we all need the same things to live?

Loyalty class enjoyed a bug hunt around the school grounds for our learning lift off!  We found snails, ants, worms and bees. Everyone enjoyed using the magnifying glasses to search for the bugs and ticking them off once they had found them.

After our learning lift off, we were on the move again finding Microhabitats around the school we looked under rocks, on flowers, around the school pond and under trees. We found lots of mini beasts and talked about how their microhabitat will contain all the things needed to keep the bugs alive!

We used a compass to help us navigate around the school grounds using the rhyme “ never, eat, shredded, wet to help us remember where North, South, East and West is!
